Job Description:

Since 24-11-2013 till-to-date, working as protection testing and commissioning Engineer for 380-132-110/33-13.8 KV Electrical Power substation in GeSCO. Sub Division of AL GIHAZ contracting and trading Co. for Substation Testing and Commissioning. I have successfully completed the following job responsibilities.

Gas Insulated Switch Gears Testing (GIS).

1- (110–132-380KV) complete function and scheme check (ABB & HYUNDAI).

2-Isolator and E/S contact resistance measurement and timing test.

3-Circuit Breaker Timing test.

4-CT and VT Testing

5-Auxiliary component, Energy meters.

6-SF6 gauge calibration test.

7-SF6 Gas leakage test.

8-Secondary injection for VT loops.

9- Arrange synchronization loop with required scheme modifications, condition for synch. And BCU settings.

10-Secondary injection for CT loops.

11-Closed loop check.

12-Bus bar stability.

SWITSHGEAR 13.8 KV.

1-Switchgear 13.8kv and 33kv Scheme and function check.

2-CT'S tests.

3-Contact resistance for Earth Disconnector switch.

4-CT loop secondary injection.
