MINI PROJECT:

Title : Water Level Monitoring In Apartments.

Description :

In recent times there has been a constant issue over surveillance of water consumption and energy consumption by each individual apartments. Now, to solve this problem we are introducing a system where the water flow is detected and the volume of water consumed by each apartment is noted using the flow meter. This recorded readings are sent to the owner’s mobile for better analysis. The Automatic water level controller ensures unnecessary conflicts between the neighbours. This is done using a microcontroller- Arduino uno r3 and flow meter which is interfaced to it and a wifi module by which we can get the readings in our mobile phone using wifi. Now, the day to day report is sent to the owner’s mobile and then it can be used for better analysis by calculating the entire monthly consumption .

MAIN PROJECT:

Title : Li-Fi Based Blind Navigation System For Visually Impaired Description :

Blind stick is an innovative stick designed for visually disabled people for improved navigation. This project proposes an advanced blind stick that allows visually challenged people to navigate with ease using LiFi technology. The Blind stick is integrated with LiFi receiver, ultrasonic sensor and water sensor. Our proposed project first uses LiFi technology, This VLC technology works on a simple digital principle which is that when a LED is ON, a digital data 1 can be transmitted and if it is OFF, a digital data 0 can be transmitted, based on this principle when destination is reached LED rays flashes on photoreceiver thereby alerting the Arduino to send the signals to get a voice message from the speaker and ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles ahead using ultrasonic waves. On sensing obstacles the sensor passes this data to the Arduino. The Arduino then processes this data and calculates if the obstacle is close enough. If the obstacle is not that close the circuit does nothing. If the obstacle is close the Arduino sends a signal to notify using speaker. It also detects and sounds a message if it detects water and alerts the blind. AREAS OF INTEREST:
