While at Gryphone I was the onsite IT person responsible for the call-center. I worked directly with the president of the company to create an IT refresh plan to upgrade their old inventory. Daily responsibilities consisted of desktop and call-center software support for 45 employees. I installed and configured a NAS device and setup local shared folders on the Domain.
