Academic Projects And Internship:

Novel Rectifier Design Dedicated for Low Power Ambient Energy Harvesting

-The objective of this project was to design a rectifier that converts RF energy waves such as mobile radiations from the ambient surroundings into DC voltage in order to power-up miniature stand-alone devices.

-Software Used: Cadence Virtuoso in 130nm process technology.

-Component Used: lvtnfet (MOSFET), capacitors.

Good knowledge in NMOS, PMOS and CMOS VLSI circuits and also having experience in analog layout design using Cadence Virtuoso tool.

Having good knowledge of flip-flops, BJT’s, analog and digital VLSI design.

Participated in idea presentation on ‘Any Time Food Machine’(ATF) at Srishti -2015

organised by ABVP.

Smart Slate

Project was to decouple the interface between LCD and touch screen so that kids can use the sensor device without damaging the expensive LCD screen. Slate is a sensor device which sense the touch from the resistive touch screen and transmits the data signal to display module via USB cable or Bluetooth module.

Internship at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and Orientation in “D&E SONAR SYSTEMS DEPARTMENTS OF NS SBU”.

Received a grant of Rs 5000/- for the project titled “Novel Rectifier Design Dedicated for Low Power Ambient Energy Harvesting” by VTU in the category of Best Engineering Projects.
