Cloning of Products: after a deep and detailed study for ERP system, I created a routine in SQL SERVER to automate the cloning of more than 3000 products with new colors. Based on existing registered products the system created new products automatically, eliminating the slow and manual process that affected the company’s market competitiveness. Client Credit Analysis: after studying the entire process for company's credit and collection department, I created an asp.net WebForm page using vb.net, which automated the collection of customer information in a faster and more effective way. The department increased its productivity by 4 hours a day and began to focus itself to other essential tasks of the company.

Customized products Registration: I improved company's ERP system to automatically register the customized products to the database. Based on a sql server procedure the system collected the inputs of the product’s measurements, checked the existence of this product in the database, and as a result selected an existing code or registered the product using a new code. In the case of third party products, the request was viewed by our partners in a web portal created in asp.net webform, for immediate manufacturing. The new procedure reduced the company's operating costs, and expedited the deliveries in more than 4 days.

Salesforce System: After a long review of the company's sales process, I developed a system from the scratch to automate the process for product order, service order and sales reporting. At the time, the systems available in the market required many customizations to meet company’s needs, making its implementation unaffordable in terms. I was able to customize a system that met all the needs of the company with low implementation costs. After implantation, the system brought a 50% reduction in the company's operational cost, besides increasing the satisfaction of our clients with the greater agility in the process

Responsible for user computer maintenance, network cabling and Windows 2000 server’s active direct administration. Responsible for developing and presenting Microsoft Office basic trainings for internal users.

Achievements:
