oResponsible for performing bus operator observation audits and bus stop safety checks.

oTraining employees as required – Accident Investigation, New Employee Orientation, Fire Warden Training and OSHA compliance.

oResponsible for maintaining building emergency evacuation routes for all Hampton Roads Transit facilities and coordinated annual building evacuation drills.

oResponsible for investigating internal safety complaints from Bus Operations that come from both the safety hotline and Safety and Security email. Interacted effectively with senior executive staff, department directors, management staff, HRT employees and the general public.
