Working front desk, I was responsible for answering phone calls and visitors coming in for appointments or questions. Assisted in the organization of each quarter and helped manage new student’s records and schedules. Was able to finish each task at hand effectively and in a timely manner.

COPA America USA (Administrative Assistant) - COPA America at the Chicago headquarters. I was with them for 20 weeks, helping them prepare for the event. I was assigned to many projects such as facility management, operations, protocol, volunteers and ticketing. I worked closely with the teams and the daily hosting operations, as well as the set up of each venue. Given this opportunity, it has given me more knowledge on what is expected to effectively run such an event and more background in the soccer industry.

Florence University (Sports Director Assistant) - Participated in a study abroad program in Florence, Italy for 2 months to do a sports management internship. I was given the opportunity to work with a former Italia national soccer player and be his assistant. I was responsible for marketing and coordinating sport experiential classes that he offered at the university. With this duty I was responsible for scheduling the weekly calendars for the meetings/classes in an effective manner. I was proficient in creating and presenting the special events that would be offered for the students at the university. I was also responsible for marketing Mueso Del Calcio (fotball museum), which is also the Italia national soccer training facility.
