OBJECTIVES
As a Chaplain at the Cleveland Clinic, I offer ministry and spiritual guidance to patients, family members and caregivers within Hospital settings. Specifically, I work in an interfaith environment using a non-denominational style of counseling.
To help individuals and families work through their feelings associated with the loss of their loved ones before and after death. I help them process their grief and consolidate memories to be able to move forward.
To offer comfort and support to patients' families which includes calming angry or emotionally distraught friends and family members of patients. I have conducted religious services in the hospital chapel which includes officiating Roman Catholic Masses, administering other Sacraments like Anointing of the Sick, Holy Communion, Confession to Catholic patients at their request and Baptism to both Catholics and non-Catholics. I have provided spiritual support to fellow staff members and care providers.
I actively utilize excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to complete tasks. I am reliable with a good work ethic and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and environments.
