iDCR is a Building Permission Project for PMRDA(Corporation). Authorized Architect fills all the details and Upload documents only when the proposal is passed in site visit and documents are verified. Submitted Proposals are verified by the ATP. ATP verifies the proposal by generating the scrutiny reports which is based on the rule engine and then proposal is sent to the higher authorities. After that the director will either sanction or reject the proposal based on the scrutiny report and then the certificate/sanction letter is generated, if the proposal is rejected the architect has to resubmit the proposal with the required changes. Responsibilities:

Prepare all drawings as per types of zones.

Perform the testing on all types of drawings as per latest IDCR and find out their bugs and coordinate with software development team to resolve them.

After Completion of drawing work, make sure all entities are closed and required drawings are properly working. Also, check all drawings as per latest IDCR. If any bug occurs during extraction, need to make list all of them and coordinate with software developer team to resolve them. Need to prepare all necessary drawings. 03) Soft Tech Engineers Pvt.
