Preparing, and submit the memos and report to the Chairman or the General Manager, stating opinions to take the necessary actions accordingly. Giving immediate care to any complaints received from clients, and work on terminating its causes and not repeating such problem again. Replying to the owners’ inquires, and notifying them of the claims / amendments related to their cargo.

Supervise and monitoring daily works done, and ensure that all the services related to the vessels have been carried out in the light of DOCUMENTATION view Ensures that all the invoices are prepared according to the tariffs, and makes sure that the demurrage, Storage ( if any ) and the freights were prepared, collected from the customers, and were delivered to the Financial Department, to credit the owners account with them .

Assuring that all regulations related to the cargo documents for customs & terminal already finished - in Port Said Head Office either in branches specially for Sokhna Port. Assuring that Customer service's team already Contacted the consignees, and notified them by the date of the vessel’s arrival.

Review the manifests, makes sure that it according to the Bill of Lading, and make the required amendments, if any, before the vessels’ arrival, to avoid any Customs Fines. Verifying all documents presented by the customers to get their cargoes, meantime review the Delivery Order, and the Import Invoices Freight Collect, if any, and demurrage dues.

Responsible for branches inbound team recruitment and training of staff Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
