Executed command oversight for the Headquarter and Headquarter Company in the in-processing injured, ill and wounded soldiers into the Warrior Care and Transition Program (WCT). Advised Commander of the status of 55 military and civilian personnel. Oversaw efforts of two platoons as well as cadre, medical providers, supply technician, and 22 battalion staff members. Monitor case management and environment for soldier’ recovering and healing, determining ability to return to duty or transition to civilian life. Ensured Executive Orders (EOs) and Sexual Harassment/Assault Prevention (SHARP) Programs were a top priority for the unit; resulted in zero EO and SHARP issues.

Trained 12 non-commissioned officers (NCOs), officers, and Defense Agency (DA) civilians to be proficient in WTB policy and procedures during mass staff turnover
