Executed command oversight for the Headquarter and Headquarter Company in the in-processing injured, ill and wounded soldiers into the Warrior Care and Transition Program (WCT). Ensured Executive Orders (EOs) and Sexual Harassment/Assault Prevention (SHARP) Programs were a top priority for the unit; resulted in zero EO and SHARP issues.

Trained 12 non-commissioned officers (NCOs), officers, and Defense Agency (DA) civilians to be proficient in WTB policy and procedures during mass staff turnover
