Execute change management activities like hardware replacement, host patching and decommissioning of servers.

Maintaining and troubleshooting cluster related issues.

Basic knowledge on AD, DNS and networking.

Designation : Windows Infrastructure Administrator L2

Duration : Dec 2014 to August 2016

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Supporting 1500 Windows servers including 200 physical servers

2. Supporting production and test servers, SQL boxes, DMZ hosts in vcenter.

3. Project Environment supports windows 2003, windows 2008 and windows 2012 Servers.

4.perform regular maintenance of servers through upgrading the OS, bug fixes, installation of patches and hardware upgrades.

5.Supporting to raising and implementing the patch records in the wintel infrastructure

6.working on incident tickets using the tool Service Now

7. using monitoring tool called ITRS and Willy for server performance and regular health checks in project environment

8.Monitoirng alerts and taking timely response, if needed notify the senior management

9. Working on all incident tickets and taking care of change control that is scheduled for the day
