Established employment skills training opportunities for transitioning Soldiers and occasionally other Servicemembers preparing to transition from military to civilian employment.
Executed program planning, administrative/ logistical support, and reporting within my area of responsibility in direct support of the Army’s Career Skills Program (CSP)
Coordinated with garrison-approved CSP employers, professional associations, union’s and industry leaders, education and training providers to promote opportunities for Transitioning Soldiers.
Directed Servicemembers and provided guidance on available opportunities that would align with their current skill-set.
Managed vital systems such as TAP XXI and GoArmyed to update and monitor transitioning Soldier activities.

Managed the processing of over 213 service request work orders daily ensuring all requisition to include parts and labor were accurately accounted for in daily, monthly and quarterly data analysis.

Established data collection activities that provided complete visibility to the organization readiness data by creating direct connection LOGSA, LIW, SAMS-1E, SAMS-2E, and GCSS-Army.
Assessed and maintained the serviceability of 2600 pieces of equipment to include construction, automotive and ground support equipment in accordance with The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS).
