Additional information
While working for Walgreens, I turned four struggling pharmacies into leading pharmacies in the district. I empowered patients by delivering health education that enhanced wellness and quality of life. I trained pharmacists in providing MTM and CMR services.
During my tenure in Walgreens, I led my pharmacy team in starting compounding services to the surrounding areas. With excellent teamwork the pharmacy was successful in establishing itself as a compounding pharmacy, and it still remains as the only pharmacy in that district that provides variety of compounding services to patients.
In Fry’s Pharmacy, I was in charge of successfully completing MTM and CMR claims in five stores. This led to revenue increments in these pharmacies, and improved the level of patient care.
