Currently working as a Maintenance Superviser Engineer with DHAL ENGINEERING COMPANY, Kolkata, India since October ’2016.

Bachelor in Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) from BPUT, ODISHA, India.

Exposure in handling site operations and Maintenance all types of Machine.

Adroit in managing design reviews, procedure & methods.

PRESENT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Handling Installation and commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant, utilities & Process.

Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications erection & commissioning of the WTP & STP Water Treatment Plant.

Planning detailed engineering activities and finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with instrument department & as per their requirement.

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity by incorporating improved/new technology & modification of process.

WORK SUMMARY :

Having Good idea about Process Blower Motors, Mixing Blowers, MBR System, High Pressure Pump Operations & Maintenance.

Motor Start with both Manually and PLC System.

Good idea about Motor Control Circuits.

I can Operate PLC system and programming.

I have good idea about all type of Testing of Water Parameter .

Fault finding and Troubleshooting of ABB VFD.

Basic idea about Flow Meter, Pressure Transmitter, Conductive Meter.

I also Calibration of flow Pressure, PH Indicator,Pressure Transmitter etc.
