• Evaluate well performance and execute workover/recompletion for several oil and gas producers in East Texas and Permian Basin.

• Performed 3 vertical wells drilling program in the Permian Basin (MPF Field) including detailed procedures and AFE’s for drilling, completion and facilities construction.

• Prepare/review and correct drilling and completions daily reports, tubing, rod, gas-lift tallies for completeness and accuracy.

• Worked closely with drilling superintendents and staff geologist in the drilling campaign of 2 vertical UBD targeting multistage pay (Carbonates).

• Lead completion operations from rig release to production, well preparation, E-line/Slickline, multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, drill outs (Rig, Coil, Snubbing units) and fishing jobs.

• Serve as well site supervisor for completions, workovers and abandonment as needed.

• Responsible for managing day to day operations of East Texas and Permian Basin assets including workovers, artificial lift conversion and P&A’s. Manage daily production for rod pump, gas lift and plunger lift wells.
