Maintain and Update RM/PM sheet, stock sheet on daily basis .

Setting up For Monthly Planning for RM /PM .

Responsible for the preparation of Purchase order in accordance to specification, documents with company policies and procedures.

Monitor and co-ordinate for deliveries of items.

Coordinate or Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Co-ordinate or Follow up with 3rd Parties Concerns to Get Finish goods on time .

(Our 3rd Parties are Tirupati lifescience, Tirupati Medicare, Deltas pharma, Indo Herbal, shree Dhanwantri, HAPDCO Herbals Pvt. Ltd ).

Worked on New Products Development (NPD ) & arranged Samples of PM, Carton Dummies

KLD (Key Line Dimension ) etc. to Concern Dept. & also to 3rd Parties for their Reference .

Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.

Maintaining price data bank, Make Comparisons and Set supplier list.

Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials.

Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
