In charge of all the monthly financials along with most of the quarterly filings with the SEC. Oversaw a staff of 8 in the accounting department. Was also Controller for Gold Prospectors Association of America (GPAA), a sister company to OC. OC is in 35 million homes, has been around over 25 years and is a public corporation on NASDAQ (OUTD). VP Affiliate Sales of OC the last year I was there, negotiated with cable systems to carry OC along with moving OC to better tiers at the systems. 1990 – 1997 Controller for Port Arrowhead and Newport Pacific boat dealerships located in Lake of the Ozarks, MO and Newport Beach, CA. Did sales and accounting for Boat companies that did over 40 million sales annually. Seven dealership locations, supervised all business managers. Used MAS90 accounting software.
