• Identified business processes and requirements; architect and managed the hands-on implementation, including training of a comprehensive secure (named users, password management, role based security, multiple levels of security checking) web (PHP, JavaScript, HTML residing on a RedHat Linux server) accessible MySQL database system for HR personnel management, training, and safety activities to produce an inter-linked tracking system based on the standards for regulatory (meeting HSE, ISM, OGP and IAGC requirements) reporting. Single system used for all onshore and offshore locations supporting over three hundred users. Reporting includes dynamic PDF creation.

• Managed the design and implementation of an Electronic Document Control System after defining the procedure. The System included version control and automated notification.

• Defined and implemented network architecture (VSAT, 802.11x, and VoIP) improvements. Infrastructure expanded by more than 300% increasing voice (VoIP) and data communications. Implemented network traffic prioritization for voice and data types.

• Ongoing management and remote administration of operations computing infrastructure, a mixed environment (Microsoft, Linux, Solaris) including the LAN and WAN infrastructure and NS5 vessel maintenance system.
