1)Currently working in TATA MOTORS LTD, Pune as a Trainee Engineer Production (Line Supervisor) in Assembly line of “TATA MOTORS COMMERCIAL VEHICALE” REAR AXLE FACTORY, Since Feb 2017 to present.

2)Worked with “JOHN DEERE INDIA PVT LTD”PUNE as Technical trainee Production (operator assembly) in assembly line of transmission factory Since Dec 2014 to Dec 2016.

JOB PROFILE (Assembly Shop):

1)SHOP FLOOR (JOB PROFILE AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR)

LINE MANAGEMENT:

Meet the Production Target day-to-day basic. Analyze & Immediate action of production difficulties.

Monitoring the defects on Q-Stations (such as air leakage, snap ring missing, beam pressing dimension, ABS settings etc of all Rear Axle) root cause analysis.

Control of special processes to ensure only skilled workmen do the special process.

Daily monitoring and analysis of defects found on different quality check station on the line.

Implementation of TPM, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE at all possible stages on line of shop floor.

Daily monitoring of customer complement and then making an action plan to eliminate it.

Preparing the process sheets from process department and ensure the actual with given.

Maintaining the entire documents related to Assembly Line such as 5s sheet, JH sheet, QMS, Training Skill Matrix etc.

To control and communicated with Logistic/PPC for unconformities such as material shortage.

Giving daily reports to senior persons of dept regarding problems faced and solved.

MAN MANAGEMENT:

Day to Day Manpower Planning depending on the absenteeism.

Maintain Discipline, General cleanliness & harmonious environment inside the plant.

Recruitment of suitable Group Leader / Operators for Assembly shop.

Monitoring the monthly attendance of all workmen.

Arrange training for workmen to creating awareness about Total productivity management system, 5s, WCQ.

Controlling Absenteeism thru daily monitoring the attendance & carrying out counseling.

To participate in shop council meeting in each meeting area of shop floor.

To ensuring development of skill of new operators of training.

COST CONTROL:

To preparing the Line Rejection and review the corrective action an extra.

Planning for elimination of Major Repetitive defects for Reduction of repair cost.

Monitoring the Customer complement and talking countermeasure to make it at zero level, to reduce the rejection cost.

TRAINING:

The WIS of special process during the improvement of assembly of TATA ‘709 BS4 AXLE’.

The training of 5 pillars WCQ, TPM (PM, JH etc) at tata motors.

Also training 5S, POKE-YOKE, SOE, OMS, KAIZEN, LEAN, etc techniques at JOHN DEERE INDIA PVT LTD.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Diploma in Mechanical engineering from W.B.S.C.T.E board with 76.1% marks in 2014.

Higher Secondary in science from W.B.C.H.S.E board with 59.4% marks in 2011.

Secondary from W.B.B.S.E board with 74.5% marks in 2009.

COMPUTER LITERACY:

Knowledge windows – MS Office, Excel, Word and Power Point.
