Customer facing support for over 50 users in both San Diego and Amsterdam. Administration of a hybrid Windows 2008/2012 Active Directory domain consisting of 34 virtual server instances using HyperV and Scale Computing HC3 Cluster. These servers have both a production (custom) database on MSSQL as well as a separate development system. Management of Office 365 with Exchange and SharePoint server offerings. The network consists of Aryaka SDWAN, Fiber L3 connections, SDSAN switches, and HP Procurve access switches, Fatpipe SmartDNS/Load Balancer, Fortigate 60D Firewall/Router.

Senior Network Customer Support Engineer (2004-2017) Cisco Systems, Inc., San Diego, CA

Customer facing support for over 50 network management software applications (CiscoWorks, Prime Infrastructure) for multiple Cisco hardware devices including Cisco UCS, LAN switches from Catalyst 2900 series up through 6500 Series. Worked on wireless hardware including Cisco WCS, NCS, Prime Infrastructure, Cisco AP 1100-3800 Series, MSE, WLC, and routers from 800 series to 7500 series. Handled Nexus Datacenter gear from a network management perspective.
