I have worked under Prof.Abraham Koshy, Professor, IIM(Ahmedabad) for the 13th edition of the most acclaimed marketing textbook “Marketing Management- A South Asian Perspective” (Authors-Kotler, Keller, Koshy, Jha). My role involved researching about Strategies followed by Indian Companies to Strengthen Consumer Connect. The research involved identifying India’s upcoming brands, companies that have created impact and their strategies and classifying them for the applicable marketing concept. The sources for research include secondary sources like internet, newspapers, business magazines, periodicals, journals etc. On the basis of research I was required to write caselets and few cases which in turn were incorporated in the textbook.

Project Title: Technical and Financial Feasibility of Autoclave Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks

Description: The project involved :

a.Technical feasibility of AAC blocks in terms of comparative advantages over existing products, feasibility to deploy the technology in a cost effective manner and viability from procurement of inputs, quality & logistics.

b.Financial feasibility involved Building a Financial Model to help in preparing projections over the project period, Analyzing key financial aspects and Sensitivity Analysis involving ‘what if’ analysis of key variables.
