RECRUITER/PAYROLL, Staff Force Personnel Services

Assist with job placement. Conduct pre-employment interviews, process pre-employment background checks, driving record, drug tests, and pre-employment eligibility verification. Perform employment verification requests, and provide customer service. Maintain personal and office filing system. Schedule new employee orientation appointments. Implemented, strategize and maintain company social media pages to help the company grow. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc. Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll. Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to Accounting Manager in the corporate office.
