Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and review engineering logs and technical records of broadcasting equipments' performance and discrepancies as per standards set.

• Ensure intake of internal and/or external client enquiries, categorize and submit issues through ticketing system.

• Act as Second level support to Recover automation and compression control systems under failure conditions and returning the station to stable operations.

• Setup, installation and testing of new broadcast system as per project requirements.

• Ensure investigation, diagnosis, resolution and hand-over and if necessary escalate the issue to vendors in accordance with procedures & guidelines.
