Responsible for Quality control of CONCRETE mix at site and batching plant as per M.O.R.T.H SPECIFICATION. Sampling and testing of materials and works quality control in accordance with BS ASTM/AASHTO standards and contract specifications. Having good knowledge of concrete Quality control at Concrete BATCHING PLANT and SITE in light of Project specification.

(b) Performing daily routine test for earthwork such as

(i)Preparation of Sand for Field Density Test

(ii)Field density test by sand cone method

(iii)Maximum dry density(Proctor)

(iv) Liquid limit, Plastic limit,Plasticity Index

(v)Calibration of Sand and Density Cone

(vi) California Bearing Ratio Test ( CBR)

(vii)Soil Classification test ( General,Granular, Silty-Clay Materials)

AGGREGATE QUALITY TEST FOR CONCRETE

(i)Sieve Analysis

(ii)Specific Gravity test for Coarse and fine Aggregate

(iii) Soundness test of Aggregate by Sodium Sulphate

(iv) Impact value test

(v)Water absorption test

(vi)Crushing value test

(vii)Flakiness Elongation Index
