Job profile:-

Quality checking of paper sleeves those are produce in folder sealer . may be catch the defect of sleeves to improve the quality product to impress the customers.

1.Defects of sleeves :-are high transfer (+/_ 0.5), Bad folding, Bad sealing, Activation track, Delamination, Demage dent, PE(means after final folding of sleeves small plastic granules come on top side), Variation(means top and bottom of sleeves seam width always equal as per standard).

2. Quality testing for sleeves :- are blue dye test and paraffin test

Above all activities are visual and touch checking after filling sleeves in box through packing machine in japack station.

1.Mechanical repair of packing machine like belt jam, bearing change and check bolting parts.

2.Check and set the lebel writing jet ink machine.

3.Set the parameter after job change which are require for japack.

4.Check the glueing machine which is for close after filling box.

5.Check running conveyor may jam or stop.

6.Maintain 5S in my working area with cleaning.

7.Adopt CIL mens cleaning,inspection and lubrication with tagging.

8.Check seam width and inner flape of sleeves through seam checker machine according to standard.

9.Making sample in every job through above test for customer inspection.

10.Overall check up daily basis in every station feeder,prefolding station,skiving station, heating station, final folding station, reversing station,jam belt, single belt and japack station.
