Responsible for third party inspection and customer inspection.

Quality audit of in process & final product on monthly basis and report all non-conformities to respective department.

From Feb’11 to Oct 15 SUZLON ENERGY LTD Quality Engineer

Role:

Incoming materials inspection and maintain records of test certificate of materials & Inspection report.

Vendor end tooling inspection according to inspection plans.

Ensuring in-process inspection & records of moulds and models with all required details (QAP,PRC, DCN).

Final product (Plugs & Moulds) inspection as per QAP and Specification.

CMM Measurements of final Products and machining items. (Faro Arm & Laser Tracker).

Initiate root cause analysis and corrective action for identified Non conformities in coordination with other departments

Improve processes through 5S, Six Sigma(DMAIC/8D), Kaizen implementation

Maintain QMS documentation in SAP(Notification, GRN clearance & QA characteristics create & add).

Handling Third Party Inspection of ABB, T&R, EMCO, ABP, AREVA, etc

Preparation of complete documents for final inspection, which includes (i.e. Offer list for final inspection, Test certificates of final product, DP Test reports, Dimension reports, etc.)
