Monitored real-time CICS, DB2, IDMS, MQ, NDM region performance across multiple IBM mainframe systems for approximately 20% of all New York Stock Exchange traffic and part of the Canadian Stock Exchange. Documented all incidents and thoroughly analyzed trends to prevent future outages and downtime.
