Ensure materials and labor costs are controlled within budget, and timelines are met for customer satisfaction. Provide change orders to customer as required. Specialized in restaurant and office finish outs and project size of $50k to $7.5 million.

Superintendent – Ensure material and labor is available according to project progression and schedule and quality control is performed at all stages of construction. Provide project documentation and submission of all forms required to include RFI’s and daily reports.

Administration – Prepare and submit bids in a timely manner. Ensure billing is completed according to company guidelines and project specifications and closeout documents are completed and ready for final billing.

Director of Operations for Marine Wing Support Squadron 473

Project Manager - Planned, developed, coordinated and executed 6 major events for the squadron, three of which were located outside of the continental Unites States. Developed and implemented a Humanitarian Relief Mission Exercise in Barstow California involving more than 700 personnel from different geographic areas in the Western United States. Continually managed smaller projects with varying durations of 30 to 360 days.

Advisor - Advised and assisted the Commanding Officer in the planning and execution of both current and future operations.

Personnel Manager - Managed day to day operations for 650+ personnel for three different sites with one located in Texas and two in California.

Project Manager - Implemented a limited user evaluation on throw-able robots for purchase by the US Marine Corps for use by several different occupations.
