Current Accountabilities (2013 onwards):

Currently reporting to the GM and leading a team of 20 resources to manage the kingdom-wide IT Unit aligning technology with Safety & Security requirements.

Accountable to lead the team for designing, developing, hosting and enforcing use of various Safety & Security awareness/compliance portals and dashboards for corporate level.

Managing development, deployment and operation of portals like self-services portal for Safety and Security Dept., Safety911 is online SMS portal and Rush Safety Services (RSS) portal etc.

Responsible to coordination with the department head and understand the needs of safety services of each department and suggest suitable solution for them.

Involved in continuous development and management of online safety and security portal while analyzing the new business services.

Spearheading development and hosting of electronic safety magazine listing the services provided by Safety and Security as well as social news of the employees along with the company events.

Performing daily team administration routines as well as team development and people management activities to improve team productivities.

Accountabilities (2011 to 2013):

Led a team of 20 resources to manage design, development, deployment, operation and support of online portal, covering all services related to safety and security department.

Managed to study & analyze day-to-day activities and understand all the requirements required by the top management to implement on-line facility for daily and weekly meeting with all safety and security officials.

Responsible to design and develop a digital dashboard, which dedicated to the upper management, to monitor all safety and security services.

Involved in deployment & operation of access control system for Makah holy mosque expansion project and supervise the control room including CCTV system and online reporting system.

Engaged further in installation & operation of other systems like access control system for Islamic world clock tower, access control system for Makah area labor camp and ID Cards System for multi-mega projects within Saudi Bin-Laden Group.

Spearheaded creation of suitable Document Management System, with proper workflow, and eliminated the daily paper work resulting in corporate saving of effort & time.

Provided development & deployment of online reporting system for all accidents and injuries, which occur during the construction work for all Saudi Bin-Laden Projects.

Responsible for implementing new web services addressing the employee needs while launching online portal for safety and security department.

Involved in installation and operation of turnstiles in holy mosque expansion project as well as CCTV system in holy mosque expansion project.

Joined this Group after a gap of 9 years and after completing Management qualification and reported to the HR & Administration Manager as individual contributor for phase 2 of KAUST project.

Responsible for defining, study, analyze and change management of charts for Saudization program which been agreed with Saudi Aramco in all levels of management & users.

Initiated the IT career with this leading Construction Groups in KSA and was promoted to define strategy and support entire IT function for group's newly created business model
