Provided accurate Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) associated with the Security Cooperation Education and Training (SCET) requests submitted by the foreign nation. Conducted quarterly and monthly briefings to the UAE Armed Forces, U.S. Embassy Security Cooperation Officer, USASAC, and USASATMO on matters relating to current Security Assistance training programs implemented and future training requirements.

Planned, managed, and provided direct support services to four Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs implemented in the UAE and operated by Security Assistance Teams, Technical Assistance Field Teams, and Military Training Teams deployed to meet the Host Nation’s military training requirements. Performed Contracting Officer Representative duties in support of FMS programs implemented in the UAE and developed all legal contracting requirements to train allied nations Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS).
