As part of the Vendor Management Solution, Smart Track is the core application being implemented. Googlers and supplier contacts will access this application. It will replace Fieldglass, the current 3rd party SaaS that handles the TVC worker data. Smart Track’s manual business process workflows will touch multiple boundary systems without impacting core workflows and functionality of those systems.
The main goal is to design system and manual business processes that support procurement of TVC series for provisioned workers, using Smart Track and as a key resource worked on testing the functional configuration and customization in Smart Track related to contracting workflows that impact worker onboarding/offboarding.
