Duties include performing plasma and serum serologies at a CLIA/CAP certified lab for organ and tissue donation services. Testing performed through qPCR, ELISA, RPR, CMV, and ABO blood typing on a daily basis following strict FDA, and CLIA/CAP regulations and SOPs. Lot acceptance and daily quality control performed to ensure regulations are met. Preparation of lab reagents as well as maintenance is performed when needed.
