Managed and lead a staff of approximately 125 associates in high level proprietary Sealant Extrusion production capacity, including manufacturing, distribution, maintenance, quality assurance, and purchasing, while running 2 Shifts; servicing customers in Aerospace, Automotive, and Heavy Construction industries
