I started as a customer service rep, working with inbound and outbound calls. I then got promoted to retail clerk. I worked with excel and word. Worked with several clients one on one. I also handled clerical Shipping and receiving. Called in truck carriers to ship to target, Amazon, Walmart and etc. I had a lot of responsibilities in email corresponding as well.
