SNC Lavalin Arabia (PLC) – Community Development Program (CDP) SNC Lavalin Inc. Sulphuric Acid Plant & Power House (SAPP) Project on the Wa’ad Al Shammal Project in the Northern Borders Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, private funding 7.2 million USD, 2014-2016, 2 years:
Mobilisation and demobilisation of project staff, the on-going management of the CDP and the activities of monitoring and reporting of the demobilisation.
Establish and design training material for the different trades(electrical, welding, mechanical pipe fitting).
Manage, lead, and advise trainers.
Carry out and adjust the CDP Implementation Plan as necessary to adapt to local needs and circumstances.
Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled and deadlines respected throughout the Project with the highest standards of quality.
Establish a baseline for mentoring assessments and moderations and monitor results.
