1.PROJECT: PVT TESTING TECH MAHINDRA LTD. (CLIENT: AT&T)

Ethernet MIS (EaMIS) access at 100Gig is part of the “Ultrafast Access” portfolio of AT&T business solutions. Traffic on the Internet is evolving to include much more media-rich content and requiring Cloud computing. Goal of this project is to enhance the Internet Protocol (IP) network to support 40GigE and 100GigE access for MIS. It would also implement the security enhancement features like Route filter, Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) and Multiple WAN addresses with multiple BGP sessions. It would also provide the Service Assurance and MACD support for 40/100G EaMIS orders. It supports VLAN Usage Billing Collection and Reporting Mechanism for 40Gig and 100Gig.

PVT TEST MANAGER AUG 2014 TO TILL DATE

As a PVT Test Manager my responsibilities included

Prepare project effort estimation, project planning & scheduling and preparing project performance reports.

Understand high level E2E flows of the new architecture and business flow. Assess the impacted applications and flows in terms of functional changes and inventory requirements.

Develop integrated test plan, test data requirement plan, traceability metrics, pre & post deployment inventory build plan.

Develop resources requirement plan, acquire and manage, mentor, and coach team members.

System testing of SXP (Services eXpress Platform), a portfolio of 13 applications that provides services enterprise customers and AT&T sales management teams. It integrates with AT&T’s key operational and business support Systems and provides business information to help them take future strategic decision. Most of applications were working on ETL concepts where DataStage used as ETL tool. It also involved validation of various reporting tools, web-services, beck-end UNIX script validations & web application testing. Scope included mobile compatibility of few applications along with their performance testing.

As a Test Manager my responsibilities included

The vision of EDGE program is to consolidate multiple dispatch systems into a single, corporate wide dispatch system which will lower cost and increase productivity. This path will support current and future AT&T product offerings with an end result of increasing the quality of customer service. Dispatch centers utilize various dispatch applications to dispatch customer service activation and assurance work requests. This also results in maintenance expense of multiple applications.

LRS can be seen as a host for creating/managing events vis-à-vis creating meeting in a conference center. For every conference center there will be an associated event center. The scope includes Account Administrator, Event Organizer as system roles while Event Registrant as end users. Account Administrator is responsible for managing other system users within an account while Event Organizer can create, configure and publish an event.
