INDUSTRIES,MALAYSIA. Machine running at a speed of 1600 MPM.

With VOITH make and DUO ROLLER winders 2 No’s& Own power plant

capacity of 75MW(25MW Steam Generators-3 No’s),with production of

News print paper 2,30,000 T/year.

Upgrade the existing ABB ACS series with new ACS 880 series drives.

Troubleshooting startup of AEG make 25 MW generator(rotor failure).

Reduce the motor failure in the total mill by motor guard&regular inspection.

Upgrade the existing class F doctor oscillator motors by class H motors.

Improve the Total mill Lighting.

Fixed tap for the Transformers to avoid the transformer failure.

Crane Maintenance cabins installed for important cranes.

Holding a position as ELECTRICAL ENGINEER at M/s United Paper Industries Co.KSC, KUWAIT a continuous Paper manufacturing industry.

The role and responsibility is to ensure the maximum availability of the Machine running time, Continuous monitoring of equipments, Scheduling of Maintenance and shutdown activities, Handling of Man power and Maintaining of Spares .

A Rebuild Project successfully done & running well to increase the production 50% in UNITED PAPER INDUSTRIES by modification of Shoe Press, Reel section & install a new Size Press,With PMT Italy & ABB ACS800 drives at year of june 2014.
