Principal, President, set up the company put together the employees, landmans to put together oil & gas properties to drill and operate or Oil & Gas package to sale. Responsible for acquisition of a number of lease hold acreage blocks to look at and evaluation of properties. I also acquisitioned a number oil & gas leases to put together in a oil & gas package to put in the market to have drilled for commercial hydrocarbons. Company and I did title searches of potential properties to assess the conditions of leases, distribution of mineral rights, present and historical drilling activity, and suitability for corporate projects. The company leased properties and negotiated farm outs of drilling projects, joint ventures for the purpose of exploration. I was working counties in Kansas, Texas, all over Oklahoma, the last counties I worked in was Beckham Co,. All American Ice Corp - Okla. City, Ok. I was President of this corporation, I set up operations, management, set up financing, over sales and marketing, AAIC was set up to manufacture Ice, sale and transport ice to the market place. I converted and added AAIC to Oklahoma Cold Storage, Inc.

Oklahoma cold Storage, LLC - Okla. City, Ok. Frozen food warehouse 80,000sf, self financed, I bought the building from Conagra, converted it into a frozen food warehouse, with new freezers, new wiring, new equipment. I did the marketing and built up the business, I sold business in 2004.

I set up a company to raise up the funding that was needed for Neurolumen, LLC to help market a Diabetic device, raised around $5M

Leasing agent, leasing Oil & Gas minerals, locating mineral owners, working off plan, ownership reports, gathering curative, checking wills, probates, acquiring certified death certificates, working Beckham Co., mainly town sites in Elk City and Alfalfa Co. Ok. I leased arond 350 clients home owners and there a family that that had part of the oil & gas mineral of that property. I had a lot other client that had minerl interest in Beckham, Co., and a lot of other counties I leaded in through Land Services, Inc.
