Senior Program/Project Manager
Entrusted with completing numerous challenging program/project assignments including acting as a key support resource for the major legacy enterprise voicemail service enhancements and upgrades, collaborating with marketing and major original equipment manufacturers (OEM) on developing a new device application, and taking charge of upgrades to core components of enterprise messaging service.
Used AT&T SDLC methodologies and project planning tools to manage the facets of a project from initiation to closure.
Fully accountable for implementation of a customized device client currently available on Samsung and LG devices sold under the AT&T umbrella. This involved requirements, UX/UI design, project schedules, testing and launch.
Established the testing segment for a new messaging service project; clarified/documented requirements, tracked software deliverables, built and maintained schedules, conducted triage calls and reported metrics to management.
