As Technical Instructor I provided U.S. Military Veterans an introductory look into the IT world through the understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and Service Now System Administration. This was taught under the name of ITSM (Information Technology Service Management). I also taught IT Fundamentals which was the CompTIA A+ Certification. Operating Systems taught were Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, OS X, and Linux Fundamentals. The course was taught using the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) supplemented with VMware Player and Virtual Box for hands-on lab exercises.
