Preparation of fabrication, erection schedule to meet the target within the planned time frame.

Co-ordination with client & consultant, preparing DPR, and protocols for fabrication erection & commissioning.

Preparing material requirements as per fabrication plan.

Preparation of monthly erection plan.

Preparation of crane schedule for proper utilization of equipments.

Manpower handling and stage inspection of structures at site.

Certifying the sub-contractors bills and coordinating for preparing the client bills.

Prepared and submitted daily and weekly work schedules.

Ensured availability of all production materials as requested by procurement department.

Identified and resolved all production problems and issues.

Checking civil foundations elevation before steel (Column/frame erection).

Supervising ground assembly for main columns with beams to compose frames can be lifted & erected one time.

Supervising erection of main steel girders & bracings b/w frames (with consideration of erection sequence)

Supervising alignment & bolt tightening for main members of the structure on the main aligns & axis before offering for inspection.

Through all previous steel erection steps, solution for many technical problems in erection due to material defects (or) wrong design to be set by my (or) client proposals through RFIs(Request for information)

Guiding the project life cycle smoothly by coordinating with the contractor, consultant & client.
