It features customer service facilities, administration and meeting spaces, boardroom, a full-service kitchen, maintenance facilities, it’s surrounding exterior and ground feature exquisite landscaping complete with educational exhibits, exterior water features, walking trails, and gardens. Construction budget is around 18 million.

§ Construction & Development of The Park, Bankers Hill. San Diego, California. The Park is a 14-Storey, mixed-use, multifamily housing project. It features 60 luxury condominium units along with two and three-storey townhomes on the project’s east side facing balboa park. Also includes commercial space and two-and-a-half levels of underground parking. Many of the units on the higher floors will offer the best views of San Diego bay to the west. This park has been built in 279 K Square foot. Construction budget is around 48 million.
