ADSORPTION OF METHYL RED DYE ON FICUS RELIGIOSA BARK POWDER 6 MONTH

This study shows that Ficus Religiosa (peepal tree) dust is a very efficient adsorbent for Methyl Red dye removal from its aqueous solution so this adsorbent can be used to remove the colour from the textile waste water which will help to reduce the pollution of the water bodies.

ACHIEVEMENTS Successfully conducted core Chemical Technical Fest INNOVITA as Event Head. Former President of IICHE (Student Chapter).

Participated in IIT Guwahati reflux16.
