Answering 40-50 international inbound calls on the average per day.

Provide excellent customer service assistance over the phone to obtain Customer Satisfaction.

Calling vendors (airlines, hotels, car companies) if there is a need to make adjustments to their reservations.

Assisting passengers and travel agents of Expedia with queries regarding their online reservations (Flight, Hotel, Car Activities and Vacation Packages) involving technical troubleshooting for issues pertaining to their trips (e.g. cancellations, changes, etc.)

Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.

Maintain and provide a high level of Customer Satisfaction for Expedia’s VIP account holders.

Assisting customer’s with their trip issues and other queries regarding their online reservations (Flight, Hotel, Car, Activities and Vacation Packages)

Utilizes the use of 5 GDS in assisting customer’s Flight.

Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas

Taking escalated calls (supervisor call)
