Managed approximately $1.75 million of a $4.1 million plant renovation project, completing all work on time and under budget. Project scope increased with no additional funds allocated and project still returned $300,000 to company.

Managed capital and expense projects and provided general engineering support to production. Projects included all plant machinery and process systems.

Appointed section manager of project engineering group during plant expansion and cross training effort in 1989 and 1991, respectively. Received an Award of Merit for this assignment.

Installed refurbished twin pack bundling equipment on packaging line, meeting production requirement for this new configuration. Due to a change in marketing, equipment had to be removed and replaced with former equipment within one day. Oversaw change-out, ran 96% of production standard the next day, and received Award of Excellence for actions.
