* Performed review of refinery documentation in preparation of the Title V permit. Worked with South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) to reach mutually beneficial resolutions on issues. Updated the facility’s QQQ/BWON/SCAQMD Rule 1176 component tracking system and filed a revision to the facility’s SCAQMD Rule 1176 compliance plan. * Assigned as project engineer to test upgrade of air cycle machine (ACM) products for the Aerospace Equipment Systems (AES) division in Torrance, CA for 25 aircrafts, each ACM value estimated at $1-2MM; controlled $10MM budget for development and certification testing. Supervised two test technicians. From 1999 to 2002, was in the Financial Services industry as an Account Manager for The Acacia Group and as a Financial Adviser for Prudential Securities, Inc.
