* Performed review of refinery documentation in preparation of the Title V permit. Worked with South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) to reach mutually beneficial resolutions on issues. Updated the facility’s QQQ/BWON/SCAQMD Rule 1176 component tracking system and filed a revision to the facility’s SCAQMD Rule 1176 compliance plan.
