• Responsible for scheduling of staff, assuring proper coverage to meet state requirements of adult to child ratios

• Managed a team of up to 6 other staff

• Led the “NERF” department as it grew from a small new addition, with 3 other staff and <20 children to the 2nd largest department, with up to 7 staff and up to 75 children

• Led Adventure Camps, which included taking about 20 children hiking and rafting

• Operated equipment such as Zip Lines and Rock Walls, assuring all children were safe and having fun

• Monitored the Rally Cars, Paintball, and Laser Tag activities to assure a fun, safe environment for large groups of children
