• Responsible for scheduling of staff, assuring proper coverage to meet state requirements of adult to child ratios

• Led the “NERF” department as it grew from a small new addition, with 3 other staff and <20 children to the 2nd largest department, with up to 7 staff and up to 75 children
• Led Adventure Camps, which included taking about 20 children hiking and rafting
