WORK EXPERIENCE

I am working as the project of ICPS OF the post of Team member since April 2017 to June2017

I am working as the Project Team member of Women Helpline since April 2015 to march 2017. It’s a project of Odisha State Commission for Women, supported by W & CD Deptt., Govt. of Odisha and run by Ruchika Social Service Organization. In the wake of high incidence of crime against women and to address the problems of these neglected, disadvantaged and vulnerable women Helpline was initiated as an experimental pilot project. Helpline covers very specifically the Bhubaneswar Municipality Corporation area including all slums, entry points like railway stations and bus stands, resettlement colonies etc. The cases of other districts are provided with counselling on telephone, guidance and referral services.

I have developed my potentialities in 3 months of Field based research during study period on Bhubaneswar slums to focus at their conditions and analyze a system of improvement as well as an experience on a volunteer of NSS Camp.
