We, as a project team, organized a project tracking system, prioritizing high value projects and over two years successfully completed over 30 projects, while continuing to expand the project portfolio.

Maintenance Preventive Maintenance SOP Rewrite

April 2010 – August 2012

Teva Pharmaceuticals- Team leader for a multi-person team that spent over 10,000 man hours over 10 months rewriting all production equipment maintenance SOPs for FDA 483 mandated action. The results were that three major production lines and their packaging line counterparts started on time and a methodology for future SOP rewrites was created for future documentation needs.

ETO Sterilization Process and Equipment

Shiley Labs – Performed key roles in validation of production sterilization processes, equipment and automated controls for a division of Pfizer as a result of FDA compliance requirement.

CMMS Program Creation and Implementation

January 1995 – June 1995

CBJ Enterprises – Decreased maintenance downtime on this company’s production process equipment by 30%. I led the team that not only designed, implemented and executed a meaningful preventive maintenance program, but also designed the CMMS software program that scheduled and tracked all maintenance activities.

Garphics One Re-organization

February 1988 – March 1992

Graphics One – As the Ops Manager, I spearheaded the team that re-tooled franchise operations, hiring, training, technical field support functions and site selection and build-out functions, resulting in a successful turnaround for 40 underperforming franchisees.

Computerized Accounting Implementation

April 2007

Blodgett & Assoc. - Implemented a computerized accounting, job estimating, and job tracking program for construction company, which also included the writing of an industry specific operations manual and training for the above software. As a result, the client was able to access to up to the minute data on estimating, job tracking and business and job finances. This decreased the job estimate to job completion to billing time.

Volunteer Work:

January 1997 – August 2008 (11 years 8 months) Practical care and personal counseling for both family and clients for Senior Care/Hospice.

January 2015 – Present: I am a founder of “The Jentium Project”, which is a project that provides new and refurbished computers, educational materials and various other services to disadvantaged individuals seeking to further their education, their careers or their life quality. We are working with local libraries and other county, city and private organizations to identify and service the community needs.
